How long will it take to get my Act Different. Move Different. Expect Different. Apparel?

Our shipping policy is a standard 7-14 business days for processing and shipment. Most orders are received before this timeframe. Please note that items are custom made with love and will take time to make. We cannot expedite orders at this time. All apparel is shipped via USPS.
 

I ordered multiple items but only received one.  Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don't worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Each order starts production immediately after your order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Order changes are not guaranteed as orders begin processing immediately. 

How do I track my order?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number. When your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier. You will receive additional emails when your package is out for delivery and delivered.

How do I Return/Exchange?

What type of t-shirts do you print on?

All Act Different. Move Different. Expect Different. shirts are printed on Gildan, Next Level, or Bella Canvas unless otherwise stated.
